Luigi Di Fraia has released v3.8.6 of his IECHost GUI Client. You can download it here.
This is a minor release for a few enhancements and bug fixes. Details of the changes are available through the issue tracker.
Although not required, it is recommended to update the firmware in order to be able to dump drive ROMs.
