The Amiga Pocket core now gives Analogue Pocket owners a brand-new way to play classic Amiga games. With Amiga Pocket, retro fans can launch hard drive files, write floppy images, enjoy high-resolution video, and tap into features like expanded memory and an on-screen keyboard—all directly on the handheld.

This project, spearheaded by Murray Aickin, uses the MiST (Minimig) Amiga core as its foundation and cleverly integrates the Pocket’s RISC-V MPU to handle unique features. Thanks to this setup, users can load floppy disks, hard drive images, and even CD-ROMs without hassle. AmigaVision provides a smooth interface, making it easy to browse and launch titles on the go.

What really stands out with Amiga Pocket core is its flexibility. Not only does it support traditional games, but it also handles advanced features like null-modem connections and complex disk images. For retro computing fans, it’s never been simpler to explore the full Amiga library wherever you are.

The Amiga Pocket core finally puts a complete Amiga experience in your pocket, making classic computing as portable as it is powerful.
