Following the release of Odyssey browser version 2.0 for AROS 32-bit and a preview of the 64-bit edition, Krzysztof “deadwood” Śmiechowicz has now launched Odyssey version 2.1 for AROS (64-bit), Windows, and Linux.
According to the developer, version 2.1 builds upon the advancements in Odyssey 2.0, including the updated WebKit engine and media player. This latest release also introduces JavaScript acceleration through a Just-In-Time (JIT) compiler for improved performance, along with multi-core CPU support when running under AxRuntime.
