Diagnosing the Black Screen on Commodore 64: Ruling Out the PLA

In this video, the Triple Freedom team uses an oscilloscope to check the signal on pin 20 of the kernel to identify a broken chip that is causing the classic black screen. While the PLA is typically the culprit, it is not the issue in this case.
