Travis Smith has released a video demonstrating the process of streaming 3SID ASID data from DeepSID through the TeensyROM to a Commodore 64 equipped with three SID chips.
The newly developed ASID player for TeensyROM utilizes the TeensyROM to optimize the data stream, effectively addressing the ASID packet bottleneck issue. This optimization facilitates the higher bandwidth required to play multi-SID files. Additionally, it ensures seamless playback of other ASID data, including data generated by ChipSynthC64.
