The Worlds most Expensive Amiga 4000 Case

146

In this episode of Chris Edwards Restoration, Chris embarks on bringing his vision to life for a customized Amiga 4000D system featuring the Z3660 processor. He enlisted Reynolds Case Clinic in Hungary to transform a white Lian Li Evo tower into an Amiga-inspired case, adding unique touches such as LCD fans and a striking purple Strimer, powered by a hidden Raspberry Pi 5 running Windows 11. While initial attempts faced setbacks, Chris overcomes these challenges, showing that custom builds often come with unique hurdles. This in-depth video captures the full journey, with all its trials, in creating a truly distinctive setup. Notably, a Divoom counter reset unexpectedly from 302 to 294, and the project costs have totaled approximately $1,800 so far. Part 2 is on the way.
