Brian P. Dougherty, born in 1956, is an American software developer and businessman renowned for founding and leading Berkeley Softworks, later known as GeoWorks Corporation. This company is notable for creating the groundbreaking GEOS graphical operating system for the Commodore 64 in 1986.
