Tron: Deadly Discs is a video game for the Intellivision console, published by Mattel in 1982. Initially designed by Don Daglow, with further design and programming by Steven Sents, it is the first of three Intellivision games based on the Disney film Tron. The game was released on multiple platforms, including Mattel Aquarius, Intellivision, and Atari 2600.
This version of TRON Deadly Discs offers an Atari 2600 experience on the Commodore 64. This is achieved by running the original Atari 2600 game within an embedded Atari 2600 emulator for the C64. Consequently, both the genuine Commodore 64 and Atari 2600 hardware are effectively supported through this dual emulation process.
