The team begins by removing the known-working RAM modules previously purchased from eBay and installing the AliExpress modules, which, while visually distinct, are reportedly compatible with the Commodore 64. After carefully inserting each module, they use a diagnostic test cartridge to evaluate functionality. The initial results are encouraging, with each AliExpress RAM module passing the diagnostic tests successfully.
