The WoRC 2025 Expo is officially set to return to Kitchener, Ontario for two full days of vintage tech, retro games, and classic computing magic. Hosted on Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14, 2025, this celebration of old-school technology takes over the historic Goudies Department Store at 8 Queen Street North. The WoRC 2025 Expo brings together enthusiasts, collectors, vendors, and gamers in a hands-on environment designed for all ages.
Admission is completely free, thanks to a stellar lineup of sponsors. Attendees can explore over 25 exhibitors daily, selling and showcasing everything from vintage computers to rare accessories. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, play, or just geek out, WoRC 2025 Expo delivers something for everyone.
What’s Happening at WoRC?
Rob and Ben Return to the LAN Pit
Back by popular demand, Rob and Ben are once again teaming up for the LAN party zone—this time with even more period-accurate systems and a bigger game selection. Multiplayer classics like Doom, Quake, Warcraft II, and StarCraft are all fair game. And with Stephen joining the crew, it’s bound to be even more intense. Bring your A-game and your reflexes.
Vendors Galore
Each day features more than two dozen vendors and exhibitors offering hardware, games, accessories, and more. Expect a strong Commodore and Amiga presence, alongside Tandy CoCo, vintage Mac, and early IBM-compatible systems.
RetroRewind.ca – Platinum Support and Repairs
The crew from RetroRewind.ca will be on-site once again, supporting the Commodore, Amiga, and Tandy communities with a full range of parts, products, and repair services. If your SID is silent or your 1541 won’t spin up, they’ve got you covered.
Minimig.ca’s Big Reveal
Ranko Rodic of Minimig.ca is bringing his on-site Amiga workshop back to the expo floor. Visitors can get hands-on with Amiga accelerators and catch the debut of the AmiCube V1—a new FPGA-based Amiga-compatible computer with hardware MFM disk support. This isn’t just another clone; it’s a beast built with over 100,000 logic elements in a Spartan 6 FPGA.
Don’t Miss the Free Table
Feeling generous—or lucky? The WoRC Free Table will be stocked with donated hardware throughout the event. Some items work, some are for parts—but all are up for grabs. Guests are welcome to contribute, but donations must be cleared with a volunteer first.
