EVO64 has announced the general availability of the next generation VIC-II Swap Module v1.4 by sMs Retro Electronics
– Enables you to mount both a PAL and an NTSC VIC-II chip in your EVO Rel 1 at the same time, and easily switch between them
– Supports all VIC-II versions, either chip can be 12v or 5v
– Ships fully assembled, so there’s no need to solder anything
– Comes with a toggle switch wiring to allow easy access to mode changes
– Integrates seamlessly with the EVO Multi-Switch Module (MSM) for complete keyboard hot-key control over the video mode changes
